SPACE USE
AGREEMENT FOR WEDDINGS

Iroquois Avenue Christ
Lutheran (IACLC) agrees to make the available space for weddings
which includes the sanctuary, and if requested, the large
lounge, small lounge. The bridal couple may bring their own Minister to
conduct the service.

A security deposit of $200
is required upon signing an agreement to be used toward any damage that
may occur. If there is no damage the check is refunded. Make check
payable to: IACLC and deliver it to 2411 Iroquois Ave.,
Detroit, MI 48214 where the agreement is signed..

The renter also agrees to
contribute $500 to the church for use of the sanctuary and
additional fees based on the request for additional space (i.e. Large
Lounge, Small Lounge, Upper Kitchen, First Floor Kitchen, Gym, Commons
Area). The total is due one week before the event.

In addition a custodial fee
is required, payable one week before the event. The custodian will open
and close the church, be present during the activity, assist in setting
up and taking down any tables, chairs, and candle holders used during
the event, and help in the arrangement of the facility as needed. The
minimum fee is $175 and is negotiated between the renter and
the custodian based on the requirements described above.

A security guard may be provided at $10
per
hour, payable in cash, on the day of the event.
If the services of
the Director Of Music are wanted, contact the church office
(313-921-2667). The service and fee for services is in agreement with the musician and
the renter.
